Category: Museum
Location: Hertford House, Manchester Square, London
Date: On-going from 1994 to present
Description: The Wallace Collection is a national museum in a historic London town house.

John J. O'Connell Architects have been the design Architects for the refurbishment of 14 Galleries in total.

The brief for each room was to re-present the rooms, inspired by how they were in the time Sir Richard and Lady Wallace, while performing to the highest modern museum standards.

The Galleries house an unsurpassed display of French 18th century painting, furniture and porcelain with superb Old Master paintings.
